The plant is equipped with space-age machinery like U Tube Jets, Long Tube Jets, HT/HP Dyeing Machines & Jigger machines; for dyeing Crepes, Georgette, Chiffon, Satin, Taffeta, Plain Weaves, Twills, Furnishing Fabrics etc. The preparatory process capabilities include Soflina weight reduction machine, Drum Washer etc. The process includes dyeing white yarn into desired colour. And the final finishing includes processes like stentering, shrinking, decadised, shreiner etc.
The company is also furnished with contemporary machinery for the dyeing of suiting and fancy dress fabrics which makes it an ideal choice for local as well as international clients.
Yarn dyeing division of Laxminarayan industries is armed with latest HTHP dyeing vessels, where the capacities range on the continuum of 1kg to 700kgs for the dyeing of polyester, cotton and blended yarns. Along with this, it is facilitated with space dyeing equipment, yarn conditioning oven, infrared drying. Modern soft winding & finish winding machines are installed at the processing house which is important for both; pre-dyeing processes and post dyeing operations like rejects, wastage, thread breakage, etc. Colour matching is done electronically through computerized colour matching equipment.
Value Addition like brasso prints, flat bed printing, brasso cut, etc is where Laxminarayn Industries holds its supremacy. These prints can be textured in several ways unlike other designs.
